Abstract

The article deals with the current situation of quality level of roads and their technical equipment. Analyzed the dynamics of funding over two years. Examined the direction of the proposed road sector reform. Developed a mechanism work of the independent supervisory authority. Non-standard form of cooperation between the state and the private sector has been proposed. Was proposed alternative organizational mechanism of public-private partnerships for the construction and repair of roads.
