Forming of positive motivation of future civil engineers for multimedia technologies use when solving professional tasks

Abstract

The article highlights the actual problem of multimedia technologies use when solving professional tasks in the preparation of future civil engineers. In the given article the literature concerning this problem was analyzed. As we know, any motivation is conditioned by the factors that will influence the desire and quality of performing any tasks on the highest professional level, bearing in mind all the modern requirements of education and work. Motivation encourages a person for performing certain actions. It conditions the subjective-personal interest for performing actions and so leads to the goal achievement. Only a person with the determined motivation is able to perform the professional activity on the highest level, the forming and increase of workability, self-reliance, creativity, initiative, imagination, judgment, activity and the set goals achievement. After the literature analyzing it’s necessary to say that the problem of positive motivation to any kind of activity is the subject not only of pedagogics but also psychology. Here the factors of positive motivation to multimedia technologies use when solving professional tasks are looked through. There are such factors as: the interest and positive attitude to professional tasks solving by means of multimedia technologies; the necessity of obtaining knowledge and skills of multimedia technologies use when solving professional tasks; the tendency to use multimedia technologies when solving professional tasks. After the analysis of the above-mentioned we can make conclusion that the complete forming of these factors is the main condition of performing of educational and future professional activity on the highest level taking into account the modern requirements of education and labour market.
