Abstract

Structural and logical framework phasing research shows an example implementation and operation of health insurance.Based on that subject and object is a complex social system, methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach and system analysis, which provided an opportunity to clarify and segregate the nature, composition, condition and trends of the voluntary health insurance at the regional level and take scientific theoretical foundation of basic approaches for managing such a system.
