Zusammenfassung:	Through comparative analysis of national and foreign normative documents, expediency of generalization of values of solar radiation on all territory of Ukraine is defined. The numerical values of the temperature increments determined by the rules of Ukraine are significantly different from European standards, this leads to further research.
