Короткий огляд (реферат): The purpose of this article is to test the proposed methodology for the visual assessment of the earthquake resistance of buildings with flat slab frame, taking into account the influence of non-structural wall infill. The object of study is located in 126, Tolbukhin Street in Odessa. Visual assessment is a method of expert assessment which includes a visual inspection of the building using a specially designed form that takes into account the main parameters that determine the level of building earthquake resistance. Such an assessment formalizes the expert approach to the research, and due to this, significantly reduces the time period necessary to determine the earthquake resistance of a building. In international practice, a visual assessment of earthquake resistance is a tool for rapid mass assessment of both individual buildings and city blocks, as well as entire settlements in order to compile a list of objects that require detailed investigation, and also such an assessment allows to develop scenarios of rescue operations during earthquakes. There is no similar assessment system in Ukraine. Today, in the developed three-level system for assessing the actual seismic resistance, the first level is a visual assessment. The second and third levels are, respectively, certification of seismic resistance and a more detailed analysis in the form of nonlinear calculation methods in combination with the results of engineering-seismometric monitoring. At this stage of development of the first level of the system for assessing the actual seismic resistance, a list of critical criteria has been formed that are crucial in the assessment of seismic resistance, and an evaluation form is proposed. Due to the fact that international codes experience is very controversial when taking into account the influence of non-structural wall infill, the consequences of earthquakes are considered as a decisive argument. According to the results of their analysis, the influence of non-structural wall infill on the seismic resistance of frame buildings was revealed and systematized. Based on this, the form of the visual assessment of seismic resistance has been expanded to allow for non-structural wall infill.
