Abstract: The method of discrete Riemann's problems is developed to solve periodical non-stationary as well as dynamikal problems of engineering. This is illustrated by means of a typical example which is propagation of harmonic heat wave in a periodical system of punches on a half plane. As it is the case in this method, this parabolic type mixed problem is converted to a singular integral equation with Hilbert kernel which is in turn reduced to infinite system of linear algebraic equations.
